Commercial cum Administrative Executive
Responsibilities:
• To handle admin functions for effective implementation of administrative policies of the company
• Co-ordinate with Operations, Procurement and Sales department to ensure that all orders are processed and fulfilled accurately and on-time
• Maintaining and analysis of company's information database
• Provisions of admin support to marketing team
• Other administrative duties as and when required
Requirements:
• Degree / Diploma in any discipline
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent written, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Meticulous, able to multitask and work within deadline

Marketing Officers (3 Positions)
Responsibilities:
• Conduct market audit
• Work out marketing plans and strategies to meet organizational objectives
• Support existing customer base and work on creation of new customer base for company's products
• Create and maintain relationship marketing for long term customers' satisfaction and retention
• Media planning and selection, organising products and marketing shows and meetings
Requirements:
• Masters Degree/Degree in Business/ Commerce or Marketing related field or equivalent from reputed university
• Two years or more relevant work experience
• Excellent command of the English language and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proactive, hardworking, disciplined, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS office
• Creative and resourceful with outgoing personalty, leadership skills
• Ready to travel all over Indonesia quite frequently
