Powder Sales Representative – Surabaya Base
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies in line with annual sales budget and TOP in the assigned area/ market segments, monitor the performance and implement the actions in order to achieve budget and sales targets in the assigned area/ market segments
- Introduce products to customers (both existing and new) according to sales strategies, action plans and selling price policies in order to increase sales in the assigned area/ market segments
- Introduce and promote valued added products and service to existing customers to create a sustainable business development
- Establish credit line of customers through evaluation of customers’ credit worthiness in order to ensure on time collection of payments
- Bachelor degree in chemistry, industrial engineering or a related discipline
- Several years experience in selling within the powder industry is advantage
- Experience in doing sales from construction industry, protective coatings industry, building materials/ Roofing industry etc, will be preferred.
- Good communication skills with internal and external customers
- Good interpersonal skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Engineering
- Experience min. 3 years as an Engineer
- Familiar with International Engineering & Safety Standard
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Familiar with MS. Office, Autocads, Machine Software (eg. PLC’s, Inverter, Scada, etc)
