Responsibilities:
• Facilities and property management
• Sales Office operation support and expense management
• Fixed assets management
• Equipment maintenance
• Provide other supporting functions
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university, preferably in Engineering/ Architecture/ Business Administration
• Minimum 1 year experience in General Affairs
• Good command in English
• Well familiar with Microsoft Office
• Possess knowledge in maintenance planning & scheduling, expense management & budgeting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem solving, and managerial skills , with service oriented attitude
