Technical Training
Responsibilities:
Responsible to develop the dealer’s staff ability and plan training
programs. Implement various events to increase the dealer’s employee
satisfaction and develop a team-focused environment.
Requirements:
• Age 27 - 35
• Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
• High level of skills in improving dealer service process operations and dealer staff ability
• Bachelor Degree
• Technical background is a plus
• English proficiency
• High level of business writing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office software
• Highly detailed and organized
• Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
• Must possess high levels of ethics and integrity
Parts Field Operations
Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring excellent operation at dealer, with improving
skill of Parts staff to achieve good profit at dealer, cooperate with
Service team to meet Parts sales target with focusing to monitoring
competitor activity, grey part and fake part penetration also optimize
the part channel, and internally supervise sales/supply team to the
dealer to meet the excellent operation
Requirements:
• Age 27 - 35
• Experience in a similar automotive field (or pertinent field) for more than 3 years
• High level of skills in improving dealer Parts operations and dealer staff ability
• Bachelor Degree
• Technical background is a plus
• Have knowledge about Parts inventory & warehouse, supply & logistics and distribution
• English proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly detailed and organized
• Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
• Must possess high levels of ethics and integrity
Accounting Specialist (Staff Role)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned accounting functions for automotive company.
Specific duties include processing accounts receivable and accounts
payable; reconciling and reviewing expenses; communicating with vendors
to resolve billing disputes; training and providing information on
Finance & Accounting systems to other personnel; process all non
sufficient fund checks; generating accounting reports and maintaining
contracts.
Requirements:
• Age 25 – 35 years
• Experience in Accounting field (Experience in automotive company is preferred) for more than 3 years
• Bachelor degree
• English proficiency (TOEIC 700 score or equivalent)
Dealer Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
Responsible in expand Mazda sales network national wide, monitor dealer
network construction progress national wide, and implement Mazda
standard facility at dealer network
Requirements:
• Enthusiasm in Car Business
• Having a willingness and interested in Travelling and Geography
• Age 22-32 years old
• Bachelor Degree with minimum GPA 3.00
• English proficiency (TOEIC 600 score or equivalent)
• Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office software
• Must be able to perform daily communications and reporting
• Preferably from Department of Architecture
