Training & Development Staff
Qualification:

• Male / Female
• Graduates S1 : Psychology, Management, Administration, Social, Law
• Fluent in English (Score : 500—700)
• Age max. 25 year
• Fresh Graduate – Experience max 2 year
• Good Communication Skill
• Good Presentation Skill

IT Staff (SAP Programmer)
Qualification:

• Graduates S1 : Computer Science, Information Technology
• Fluent in English
• Age 23-30 years
• Familiarity with SAP PP System (Having experience will be better)
• Familiarity with Data Base (Having experience will be better)
• Expert with Computer Program
• Having Certificate and expert with Computer Program will be better

Safety Engineer
Qualification:

• Male, Age 25-30 years
• Graduates S1 : Safety Engineering, K3, Machinery Engineering
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with ISO, OHSAS 18001 (Safety Management System)
• Understand : P2K3 (Panitia Pembina Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja), General K3
• Good Communication Skill
• Good Presentation Skill
• Experience in Tire Company or Construction Company
• Tire manufacturing (preferably)

Exim Staff (Export Import)
Qualification:

• Graduates min D3
• Fluent in English
• Age 23-30 years
• Familiar with Bonded zone customs documents processing
• Can establish a good relationship with the relevant agencies
• Understand manage customs document import, local & subcontracting
• Understand about Customs Regulation
• Good Communication Skill

Quality Assurance
Qualification:

• Male, Age 38-45 years
• Graduates S1 : Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical
• Fluent in English (Score : 500—700)
• Familiar with Procedure & Quality Management
• Understand ISO, Standard Quality & Complains
• Experience as QA position
• Experience as Management Representative
• Knowledge on QA KPI, on Certification Audit
• Tire manufacturing (preferably)

GA Staff (Landscaping & Building Management)
Qualification:

• Graduates S1 - majoring in architecture, landscape
• Fluent in English
• Age 23-35 years
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Understand the basic principles of treatment / management of buildings
• Understand the basic principles of garden & plant maintenance
• Familiar with knowledge of Furniture & maintenance, ISO & 5S
