Training and Development Officer
Responsibilities:
- Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with human resources departments
- Organize and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisationâs and department needs
- Producing training materials for in-house courses;
- Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the department
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
- Evaluating training and development programmes;
Requirements:
- Male/Female, Age 25-28 year
- Min S1 Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably have experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in training & development
- Strong command in English, written & oral is a must
- Good communication & interpersonal skills, good analytical, hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
