Management Trainee (MT) Program

Requirements:

• Male, age between 22 – 25 years old
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Good operating computer literate
• Good leadership & communication skills, should be able to lead and work in a team.
• Minimum S1 degree from any disciplines in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering & Accounting with GPA : 3.00

Quality Control Analyst

Requirements:

• Male, age between 18 - 23years old.
• Graduated from Chemical Analyst Senior High School/Academy
• Good operating computer literate.
• Excellent English (active will be an advantage).
• More suitable experiences in packaging process.
• Good leadership & communication skills, should be able to lead and work in a team.

Human Resource Manager

Requirements:

• Age between 30 – 35 years old.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Manufacturing Industry with +/- 800 – 1000 employees.
• Min. Bachelor Degree (S-1)
• Good knowledge of Labour Regulation
• Good Leadership & communication skills.
• Has experience as a management team in negotiation with the Union
• Good computer literate
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta & outside Jakarta

Accounting Staff

Requirements:

• Male, age between 22– 26years old.
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Good operating computer literate
• Good leadership & communication skills, should be able to lead and work in a team.
• Minimum S1 degree from Accounting discipline
