To support Bank DKI’s business expansion strategy in micro business, currently PT Bank DKI is seeking the best and potential candidates to join as following positions:

Sales Officer (SO)

Requirements

• Min 1 years experience as sales in banking or finance institution, or experienced as marketing in consumer good, preferably experienced in micro banking
• Experienced as Sales Kanvas in all banking products
• Target oriented

Relationship Officer (RO)

Requirements

• Experienced at least 1 year in banking or finance institution, preferably in Marketing or Collection in micro banking
• Have a good skills in soft collection and hard collection

Credit Officer / Financing Officer (CO/FO)

Requirements

• Experienced at least 1 year as credit analyst in banking or finance institution, preferably in micro banking
• Computer literate min MS Office (Word, Excel)

Area Credit Officer / Area Financing Officer (ACO/AFO)

Requirements

• Min 2 years experience as credit analyst in banking or finance institution, preferably in micro banking
• Experienced in lead a team at least 1 year
• Computer literate min MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Max age 37 years old

Business Planning and Monitoring

Requirements

• Experienced min 2 years as business planning and budgeting in bank or finance institution, preferably in micro banking business
• Computer literate min MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Placement in Head Office

Unit Head (UH)

Requirements

• Experienced in micro banking and have a good credit analysis and appraisal skills in micro banking
• Experienced as leader in bank min 2 years, preferably micro banking
• Have a good negotiation and selling skills
• Preferably for those who were able to see the potential of the market in the their areas

Micro Area Manager (MAM)

Requirements

• Understanding in micro banking business, credit analysis and appraisal
• Experienced as a leader in bank min 3 years, preferably in micro banking
• Preferably for those who were able to see the potential of the market in the their areas

Collection Supervisor

Requirements

• Experienced at least 4 years in bank or finance institution, especially in marketing or collection
• Have a good skills in soft and hard collection

General Requirements

• Hardworkers, no quitter
• Have a good understanding in risk
• Have a good integrity and leadership
• Max age 35 years old (SO, RO, CO), 37 years old (ACO), 40 years old (UH, MAM, Coll SPV)
• Min D3, MAM & UHM preferably S1

Placements : Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Surabaya, Bandung, Solo
