AREA DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR (Code : ADA)

Requirements
  • Male or Female, maximum 27 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Reputable University or Master Degree MBA/MM (will be preference)
  • Minimal 2-3 years working experience in sales / marketing area (for Bachelor Degree) or fresh graduated from Master Degree
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Team player, independent and able to work under pressure
DEALER AND DEVELOPMENT/ARCHITECT (Code : ARCH)

Requirements
  • Male or Female, single, maximum 27 years old
  • Mater degree is a MUST, with Bachelor Degree in Architect
  • Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written)
  • Have a great work ethic and professionalism with confident personalities
  • Able to work in team and has enthusiasm in automotive
FLEET SALES ADVISOR (Code : FSA)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum 30 years old
  • Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university with all major
  • Have working experience minimum 3 years in sales / marketing and leasing operation
  • Interested in automotive marketing and acknowledge in sales distribution channeling
  • Having good networking in private corporation and government
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
  • Team player, independent and able to work under pressure
SECRETARY FOR DIRECTOR (Code : SFD)

Requirements
  • Female, single maximum 25 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree in Secretary, Management or Office Administration
  • Having attractive appearance with minimum height 160 cm
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written with Minimum TOEFL score is 500
  • Pleasant personality and able to work in a team
  • Computer literate with excellent in MS Office
TECHNICAL & QUALITY SERVICE STAFF (Code : TQS)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum 30 years old
  • Minimum D3 degree in Automotive Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable university
  • Having minimum 3 years experience in technical service especially in Authorized Dealer of Automotive
  • Good understanding in technical report
  • Well proven in English both spoken and written
  • Computer literate
POWER MAINTENANCE STAFF (Code : PM)

Requirements
  • Male, maximum 25 years old
  • D3 degree in Electrical Engineering ( heavy-duty current study program ) or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 2.80 from reputable university
  • Having minimum 1 year experience in the field of factory maintenance and understanding Total Preventive Maintenance would be an advantage
  • Computer literate
ORACLE DATA BASE ADMINISTRATOR (Code : ODBA )

Requirements
  • Male, maximum 35 years old 
  • Bachelor degree (S1) of Information Technology from reputable university
  • Good knowledge and able to operate basic function of ORACLE Database, Sys-admin ORACLE E-business Suite as well as operate its clone and Database
  • Able to operate OS-IBM AIX, Linux and MS Windows server 2003/2008
  • Having knowledge and able to operate Clustering and Server Virtualization concept
  • Good knowledge of Storage such as SAN and NAS
  • Good knowledge of Backup/Restore with multi tools such as HP Data Protector and ORACLE
  • Good knowledge of ORACLE E-Business Suite modules ( GL/AP/AR, Purchasing, Inventory & MRP )
  • Having knowledge in LAN and WAN

Requirements
  • Male / Female with age max. 35 years.
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have at least 4 years experience in handling and delivering training activities.
  • Good knowledge in conducting TNA and training evaluation.
  • Dynamic, creative, fast learner and highly motivated with excellent service attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, energetic, independent and able to work under pressure.
  • Good analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
SUZUKI MARINE MARKETING STAFF (Code : OBM)

Requirements
  • Male, age around 25 30 years old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Having an exposure in marketing and sales operation will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Having a car driving license and able to swim are prefered 
AREA SERVICE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (Code : ASDS)

Requirements
  • Male, age around 25-30 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from all major, S2 is an advantageous
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Having an exposure in workshop development will be useful
  • Self driven, resilient and agility with strong communication skill
  • Mature in leadership, passion, and result oriented with presentation skill
  • Familiar with computer and understanding technical drawing programs.
  • Willingly to perform business / official trips
PRODUCTION & ENGINEERING STAFF (Code : PES)

Requirements
  • Male or Female, age around 20-27 years old
  • S1 Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgy, Automotive)
  • D3  Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electricity)
  • Interesting in automotive both automobile and motorcycle
  • Able to communicate in English both written and spoken
  • Cooperative and Self driven, resilient and agility
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the detail and accuracy
  • Willingly to be relocated in all Suzuki's factory sites
JAPANESE INTERPRETER STAFF (Code : JIS)

Requirements
  • Male/Female, age maximum 45 years old
  • Certified Japanese language proficiency test min. Level 2 (Noryoku Shiken) is a must
  • Having an experience as interpreter min. 3 years in Japanese
  • Manufacturing companies is preferred
  • Familiar with office application such as Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Have a working experience in Japan will be an advantage
