The Company operated as jointly controlled company between PT Astra International Tbk (with 51% shares) and Toyota Motor Corporation (with 49% total shares). The Company was formed in 1971 and operated as the sole agent for Toyota and Lexus vehicles in Indonesia. The Company's main office located in Jakarta and supported by 2 manufacturing plants located in Sunter and Karawang. PT Toyota Astra Motor also supported by five main dealers with Auto2000 (Toyota Sales Operation) as the largest regional Toyota main dealer with 78% of the Toyota sales volume in 2011. Based on Astra International annual report 2011, during 2011, Toyota managed total sales of 311,136 units of all Toyota vehicles in Indonesia.

General Requirements for D3 positions

• Max age 25 years old
• GPA > 2.75
• Fluent in English, both in oral and written
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Preferable those with organizational experience
