Currently Nike is seeking high caliber candidate for the following position :

Manufacturing Industrial Engineer

Requirements

• S1/S2 in Industrial Engineering from an accredited university
• 2-3 years relevant industry (chemical, manufacturing, industrial or mechanical engineering) experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with industrial engineering techniques such as Time / Motion Studies, Line Balancing, Line Utilization / Capcity analysis, Value vs Non Value process analysis, Value Stream Mapping
• Having some understanding of process control and/or quality assurance concepts
• Has the ability to independently manage projects and communicate progress and priorities to management and internal customers
• Project management, statistic & process control, pre-determined time / motion study, ergonomic evaluations and lean manufacturing experience desired. Understanding the 7 wastes and process optimization techniques desired
• Must be fluent in English with excellent computer (MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint), written and verbal communication skills
• Desire to work with teams in manufacturing environtment
• Must be able to travel to factories, sometimes for extended periods
