Production Staff (Machine Operator)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to operate the machine and keep it running smoothly, keep maintain the quality and output of the product in high standard.
- Education Background Minimum Diploma, majoring Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience minimum 2 years
- Ready to work on Shift
- Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Ceper - Tangerang (Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma)
Responsibilities:
- To manage NPD deliverable, product & technology development, competitor product evaluation, margin improvement and material replacement evaluation
- Education minimum, Bachelor's Degree in the Natural Science from reputable university
- Preferable 2 years working in a R&D department and laboratory based development with 'hands on experience of formulation and testy
- Familiar with NPD programs.
- Have good knowledge on cosmetic especially in Baby & Kids area
- Familiar with project management
- Familiarity with MTR programs
- Ability to integrate specification theory and ideas into design of cosmetic product
- Has good technical skill and communication skill to deal with other department and supplier
- Capability to lead investigation and implementation of solutions to technical issues
- Good planning, teamwork and organizing skills
- Good in English both oral and written
- Has personal conviction, drive and credibility
- Good in presentation skill and computer literate

Responsibilities:
- Provide continuous improvement
- Serve as expert and consultant in Lean Subjects, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing Concepts.
- Build up Lean Training System. Tailor and customize Lean Training course according to site practice. Deliver Lean Training, cascade Lean Knowledge and Improve Staff Lean Knowledge and Skill.
- Provide coaching for Lean Project Leaders.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with a minimum 4 years experience in the same position
- Very deep knowledge and skill on continuously Improvement methods (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma), Project Management, Leadership Management
- Have BLACK BELT certificate Preferably
- Good in English both oral and written
- Willing to be Placed in Tangerang (Jl. Halim Perdana Kusuma - Batu Ceper)
