Electrical Technician
Requirements:
- Diploma student (s) majoring in Electrical
- Having at least 2 years experience in related area is advantage
- Experience in heavy equipment manufacturing is preferable
- Enthusiastic communicative and willing to learn
- Willing to work on shift
- Good command in English, both verbal and written is preferable
- Computer literate
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and analyze price reference documentation,
- To make recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions to be made by Pricing, Finance, Marketing and Sales teams
- Defines and delivers the pricing strategy by working closely with the segment pricing, formulates pricing logic, rules and controls that support the delivery of the strategy
- Monitor/controlling the actual pricing vs the planned price and identify opportunities to optimize sales and profitability through price strategies.
- Monitor and research the competitive price in the market
- Evaluate the mix result and advise for mix improvement
- Work with Product Manager to develop and implement product price strategies including segment strategies for the various markets and channels.
- Bachelor degree in Finance. MBA background is preferable to apply
- Qualified by experiences minimum 7 years in sales & marketing area, and 3 years in the same/similar position
- Proven ability in influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Excellent both in communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player, independent, proactive, and possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
