PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore - PHE WMO is a reputable company engaged in  oil and gas exploration and exploitation. The Company is a part of business unit of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), a strategic operational subsidiary of PT Pertamina (Persero). PT Pertamina Hulu Energi West Madura Offshore since 2011 operated as the operator of the West Madura Production Sharing Contract (PSC). The Company head office is based in Jakarta and supported by Gresik office located in Jl Amak Khasim Desa Sidorukun Gresik 61112 East Java. Based on PT Pertamina Hulu Energi Annual Report 2010, the production performance in West Madura Offshore block showed good achievement with oil production until the end of 2010 reached 2.74 MMBO or around 137% of 2009 realization and 136% of 2010 working plan target.

In line with its vision, to become a world class national oil and gas company, currently PT Pertamina Hulu Energi currently seeks extraordinarily talented individuals to join as following positions which will placed in West Madura Offshore (PHE WMO) :

Specialist Budget & Cost Control (OBS)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Finance/Accounting/Management
• Having minimum 8 years experience with related experience at Budgeting & Cost Control within Oil & Gas industry
• Knowledgeable of Oil & Gas operation, Budget & Cost Control & Project Management. Supply Chain & Commercial Financial knowledge would be an advantage
• Experience in using SAP System
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written

Engineer Asset Integrity (TS)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Mechanical/Chemical/Civil Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience within Oil & Gas production industry
• Expert/knowledgeable of Risk Base Inspection, NDT Inspection, Pipeline Integrity Management, and safety for asset operation
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written
• Proficient of computer literacy

Engineer Asset Electrical & Instrumentation (TS)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Mechanical/Physics/Electrical Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience within Oil & Gas industry
• Good knowledge on SIS, SIL, Power Generation and Control System
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written
• Proficient of computer literacy

Engineer Cost Estimator (TS)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree with Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience in Cost Engineer & Estimation preferably within Oil & Gas production company
• Strong at Cost Accounting, Cost Engineering, Cost Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Invoicing Background
• Familiar with WP&B, AFE and Project Management
• Experience in using SAP System
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written

Analyst Performance (TS)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree with Engineering
• Having minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas industry
• Expert or excellence knowledge at Oil & Gas Operations & Asset Maintenance, Budgeting and Business Planning, Project & Cost Management
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written
• Able to work with SAP System
• Proficient of computer literacy

Analyst Performance (Project)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree
• Having related experience of Project Control Engineer, minimum 5 years experiences in Oil & Gas industry
• Familiar with Progress Report, Communication Management, Project Performance Measurement, Project Cost, Time & Interface Management
• Fluent in English; both speaking & written
