PT Honda Prospect Motor - HPM is a leading automotive manufacturers in Indonesia. The Company's main business are as a sole agent, assembler of Honda automobiles and component. PT Honda Prospect Motor was established as a joint venture company between Honda Motor Co Ltd (with 51% shares) and PT Prospect Motor (owned 49% shares). The Company headquartered in Jakarta and located in Sunter 2 Jl Gaya Motor 1 Jakarta Utara. The Company operates by Honda Factory located in Kawasan Industri Mitrakarawang (KIM) Karawang West Java with production capacity by 60,000 units annualy. The Company also operates 5 affiliates, namely PT Toyo Denso Indonesia, PT Mitsuba Indonesia, PT Indonesia NS, PT Honda Lock Indonesia, and PT Indonesia Stanley Electric. In June 2012, the Company inaugurated the construction of the 2nd Honda Factory and expected to be completed in the mid of 2013.

Production Staff

Requirements

• Male, Single, with max age 27 years old
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial/Electrical/Automotive with GPA min 2.80, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Preferably mastering in AutoCad, Catia, or Master CAM
• Able to work under pressure, facing the production target and work shifting system
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

Local Purchasing Staff

Requirements

• Male/Female, Single, with maximum age 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical/Statistic Science with GPA min 2.8, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Honest, responsible, discipline / obedience to the rules
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

IT Staff

Requirements

• Male/Female, Single with max age 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Informatics Engineering/Informatics Management/Information Systems/Computer Engineering with GPA min 2.80, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Preferably mastering in PHP,. NET, SQL Database, RDBM (for the position of programmer)
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java

Occupational Health and Safety Staff

Requirements

• Male, Single with max age 27 years old
• Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Environmental Engineering/Public Health/Industrial Engineering with GPA min 2.80, fresh graduate welcome to apply
• Able to work under pressure, facing the production target and work shifting system
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
