PT Energi Batu Hitam required highly qualified professionals to fill the following vacancies:

Legal Manager (Code : LGM)

Responsibilities:

Managing all legal affairs of the company
Providing legal advices of the company business activities
Updating latest laws and regulations especially related to coal mining and environment including it’s legal implications to the business
Handling company’s legal documents/ permits/ licenses as well as their filling system
Leading and managing subordinates and developing an open ethical working environment

Requirements:

Preferable has sound knowledge in laws and regulations related to coal mining and environment, Indonesia and international commercial laws
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
