Training Designer

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience of designing training materials in a retail sales company.
• Must be competent in written and conversational English.
• Should have 3 years or more experience in a retail financial services company.
• Experience of distance learning techniques/e-learning is preferred.
• Evidence of previous design work will be required to be shown and discussed during the recruitment process.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.

Training Quality Assessor

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification processing an analytical approach to problem solving.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in delivering training
• Must be competent in written and conversational English
• Should be competent in report writing and performance evaluation
• Should have experience of researching and writing Training Needs Analysis
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
