Business Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Key in data applications (SPAJK) into System and certificate issuance process according to SOP & SLA
  • Edit data policy request (before transfer member) according to SOP & SLA
  • Transfer member process, Create PA and Create Billing according to SOP & SLA
  • Print certificate and submit the certificate to business partners/customer according to SOP & SLA
  • Provide recap of billing and certificate and submit them to business partners
  • Monitor and follow up insurance period / lack of data to business partners
  • Involved in the given projects and give ideas to improve existing system & procedures
  • Provide Weekly Production Report for Business Partners/Internal in timely manner & accurately
  • Provide Production, Reserve, Progress, Commission, Fee base on monthly basis and accurately
  • Provide quarterly production report accurately for business partners/NSH
  • Provide quarterly Operations Report accurately for Regional in timely manner and accurately
  • Follow up certificate return according to SOP.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Life Assurance Company
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience as administration staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skill
  • Good command in English both oral and written
  • Proficient in windows (i.e. Word./Excel/Visio/Power Point)
  • Positive attitude & hard working
  • Able to work under pressure
