Recruitment & Training Staff

Requirements

• Min. S1 in Psychology with GPA min. 2.75
• Male / female, single, not married with age max. 27 years old
• Experienced min. 1 year preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have a good knowledge in the field of the proposed
• Have a desire to develop themselves
• Able to work independently and in teams
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to speak English well (active and passive)
• Willing to be placed throughout the operational area

Internal Audit Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimal S1 in Accounting Department from accredited university
• Age max. 30 years old
• Fluent in English min Intermediate level
• Have the ability to operate a computer program (office)
• Having achievement orientation, proactive, partnership building and communication skill
• Experienced 3-5 years in their field
• Mastering the Basics of Audit, Audit Operations, Communications & Psychology Audit, Audit of Fraud
• Preferred have Internal Audit Certification Advanced Training I & II
• Able to perform audit reporting

Manager Internal Audit

Requirements

• Minimal S1 in Accounting Department from accredited university
• Age max. 35 years old
• Fluent in English min Advance level
• Have the ability to operate a computer program (office)
• Having achievement orientation, proactive, partnership building and communication skill
• Have certification in the field of agricultural exports
• Experienced 5-7 years in the art (at least 1 year as manager)
• Mastering the Basics of Audit, Audit Operations, Communications & Psychology Audit, Fraud Auditing, Management of Audit Assignments
• Internal Audit Certification Advanced Training I & II preferred
• Able to perform the audit reporting
