Butlers â€" 6 positions
Male/Female, energetic, outspoken applicants required, with following attributes, who are good at spoken and written English, relevant work experience; at least 1 year in F&B Service, experienced Butler or housekeeper, or with 6 months with good track record, well-groomed, disciplined, and pleasant personality, are welcome to apply. Good team player with positive attitude.
Receptionist â€" 2 positions
Efficient, discrete, friendly, sympathetic, team player, analytical and problem solving skills, decision making skills, effective verbal and listening communications skills, computer skills including, word, excel, outlook express, proficient, time management, and very good command of English. Ability to check-in guests, answer telephones, concierge abilities, taking messages & reservations, and looking for career progression.
Shop Assistant
Efficient, good communication skills, highly active, creative and rearranging skills in a retail outlet, friendly, analytical with accounting knowledge, inventory/stock control, ability to use POS, ability to sell shop items, ordering for the shop via purchasing, wine knowledge would be an advantage.
Event Coordinator
Excellent communication skills, word, excel, outlook express, creative organization skills with function setup knowledge, analytical skills & costing, invoicing, precise time-management, organized, thorough and detailed, team player, listens to instructions carefully, creative and experimental, full of ideas, able to motivate, delegate, flair to sell, F&B background would be advantageous, Excellent with clients for weddings & functions.
