Requirements:

Male or Female, Max. 25 years old, single
Have an experience 2 years as related position
Good Appearance & service oriented
Hard worker, high initiative, full responsibilities & quality oriented

General Affair Manager

Responsibilities :

Handling general affair service eg. office equipment distribution, office machines & maintenance, office renovation, office inventory management, an supervision of transportation and distribution, office boy, receptionist, messenger, and cleaning service
Dealing with building management
Developing and socializing GA policies
Ensure the GA operation is under the standardized procedure
Keeping good relationship with all department in building and improving the level of GA service

Requirements :

Male, Max.40 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Civil Engineering
At least 3 years of working experience as General Affair Manager
Experience to handle legal permit and have a good relationship with goverment institution
Have good knowledge in construction & building management
Proficient in English (oral & written)
