Requirements:

Male
Education min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology
Fresh graduate / Having min 1 year experience in recruitment
Having knowledge and able to administer a variety of psychological test tools specifically for company
Having good communication skill and able to cooperate within a team
Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
Target Oriented
Willing to conduct travel bonds around Bank Sinarmas working area across Indonesia
